I love porch signs! We have a lovely back porch where we entertain (especially in the Fall during football games), and it is truly my happy place! Very cute store, and I noticed owner is from Michigan (where I was born)!

Love. Love. Love the oversized scrabble tiles! 6 letters is all I need to spell our (my new) last name. We got married two weeks ago and I surprised my husband with a grooms cakes that looked exactly like a scrabble board filled with words that mean something to us.

I love her shop! I thought the "Life is short Boats are Fun" and "This is my happy place" signs were fun and wonderful! There was a planter thought I thought was very cool and sweet that said, "Earth Laughs In Flowers", and I loved her concrete hosta leaf...too cool. This was a hard decision but my favorite is the Fondest Memories sign because that is the truth! The kitchen table at my parents house is small but everyone loves to sit there so we all crowd around it!

I'd have to say I like the This is my Happy Place sign or the long personalized planter. I liked LOTS there!
As for blog topics...you won't pick this one but...I'm going for it anyway....I've been single for years and live alone and there are just a few things that I can't do myself and I would love to see posts on how to creatively and successfully live alone and solutions for doing that.
I have furniture slides but how do you 1) clean your frig coils or move your frig, 2) paint your laundry room with 2 HE machines on pedestals in there. 3) install a floor in areas where the above machines reside....I can certainly come up with more and if your answer is that I have to hire someone I'll live with that although I don't have lots of money to do that. I get frustrated at times trying to do things alone and wondered if other singles had these same issues. Most people nearby are older and sicker so it's not like I have anyone to ask. Thanks! But really....I love your variety in your blog and wouldn't change a thing!
