With The Gymbox membership you will have access to gym type classes and workouts with the ability to do them in the comfort of your own home. These workouts stream to your tv, pc or mac. It works through a Roku streaming player and it has an app for your iPad, that you can use with Apple TV.
With the app, you can take The GymBox with you wherever you go. This is great if you travel a lot. The Gymbox offers new workouts every week in all of these categories:
